MMA; Learn various fighting styles that consist of stand-up fighting and grappling; ground combat.
Circuit training; 6 to 12 exercises should be structured so that you can continue to perform them with the right technique and very short rest intervals.
Cardio Boxing; sparring, shadow boxing and blows delivered to a punching bag are all structured to be carried out in sequences similar to those of aerobics classes. It does not involve contact or real combat.
