Mixed CT

Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short periods of rest between them, either for a defined number of repetitions or for a prescribed duration. A circuit corresponds to the moment when all the chosen exercises are finished. Several circuits can be carried out in a single workout session. Circuit training normally consists of 6 to 12 exercises which should be structured so that you can continue to execute them with the right technique and very short rest intervals. It is an excellent way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance. This class is destined for men, women and kids.

Zumba

Zumba is a dynamic workout that consists of movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed following the music. This type of training is very active and offers an excellent full body workout. It is creative, fun, burns calories in every session and helps you lose weight. In addition to improving your strength, stamina and flexibility, Zumba strengthens your brain function, reduces stress and increases your productivity. Cardio Boxing

Cardio Boxing is a combination of a boxer’s traditional workout movements – including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows delivered to a punching bag – structured to be carried out in series similar to those of the aerobics classes. It does not require contact or real combat. This type of exercise is practiced with music in group lessons and is designed to increase your stamina, strength, speed and coordination. Cardio Boxing is also helpful for adjusting the heart frequency and learning various boxing techniques.
