Circuit training is a combination of six or more exercises performed with short periods of rest between them, either for a defined number of repetitions or for a prescribed duration. A circuit corresponds to the moment when all the chosen exercises are finished. Several circuits can be carried out in a single workout session.
Circuit training normally consists of 6 to 12 exercises which should be structured so that you can continue to execute them with the right technique and very short rest intervals. It is an excellent way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength endurance. This class is destined for men, women and kids.
