Cardio Boxing is a combination of a boxer’s traditional workout movements – including sparring, shadow boxing, and blows delivered to a punching bag – structured to be carried out in series similar to those of the aerobics classes. It does not require contact or real combat. This type of exercise is practiced with music in group lessons and is designed to increase your stamina, strength, speed and coordination. Cardio Boxing is also helpful for adjusting the heart frequency and learning various boxing techniques.
